MEET YOUR MENTORS:
THE BADDIES
Baddies are in charge of facilitating the space where you do your healing work in class—each offering their own style, strengths, and personality. A Babe becomes a Baddie when they’ve put in the work and want to help assist others to do the same. This is why they are also called “Mentors”.

Baddies don’t heal you, they create a space for you to Heal yourself.

PROGRAM CREATOR
I am a mama to my 2 year old son. I’m a Gemini through and through. I could live off pizza and ice cream for a LONG time. I have a DEEP fear of clowns (even hated writing the word). Aside from dancing, I work a full time job with Intermountain Healthcare. Fun fact, I actually taught myself initially how to dance in Heels.

East Coast transplant building my life in Salt Lake!
I’m in that sweet spot between confidently sexy and total muppet.
I really enjoy incorporating play and laughter into class. Learning how to not take myself seriously was a life long journey and it’s opened so many doors. I’m here to help others do the same!

I’m originally from Hawaii, grew up in Nebraska but have lived in Salt Lake for over 20 years now. I am a stay-at-home mom to 5 amazing kids! When I’m not busy doing mom stuff, you can find me in all of the Heal in a Heel classes.
I think as a mom, we tend to forget to take time for ourselves and that we can be mothers AND still be sexy at the same time! Music and dance is my passion, and it allows me to tap into my sensual side!
