WHAT KIND OF HEELS ARE BEST?

For beginners we recommend a low, thick heel (something chunky and stable!) and that is secured around your ankle, like a boot.

As you progress in skill and comfort, feel free to experiment with heel thickness, height and style!

Trade your “Training Heels” for some Burjus when you’re really feelin yourself!
